Christina Wolfrum

For most people, buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions they'll ever make. When that property is a farm, homestead, or rural property, the stakes are even higher.

If you're anything like me, you probably don't enjoy working with salespeople. I don't believe in high-pressure tactics, gimmicks, or convincing someone to make a decision they're not ready to make. My role is simple: protect your interests, help you avoid costly mistakes, solve problems when they arise, and guide you through the process with confidence.

My real estate career began at 19 years old when I was preparing to attend law school. Instead, I was promoted to office manager of a newly opened real estate company. Working alongside the broker, I helped build systems, manage operations, and navigate the countless details involved in launching a successful office. In the process, I discovered a passion for real estate that changed the course of my life.

I became licensed as soon as I was old enough, chose to study business and marketing instead of law, and have spent the last two decades serving clients through nearly every corner of the industry. From office management and property management to sales, team leadership, and navigating both booming markets and market downturns, I've learned that success in real estate comes from attention to detail, strong negotiation, creative problem-solving, and putting clients first.

Today, my husband and I own and operate a regenerative farm in Southwest Virginia. We raise livestock, host workshops, attend farmers markets, and live the homestead lifestyle many of my clients are pursuing. That experience has given me a unique perspective when helping buyers and sellers of farms, homesteads, and rural properties. I understand that you're not simply buying land, you're investing in a way of life.

Whether you're searching for your first homestead, expanding a farming operation, selling a family farm, or simply looking for more room to live the life you envision, I bring the experience, diligence, and practical knowledge needed to help you make informed decisions every step of the way.

These days, I intentionally work at a more personal pace, focusing on Floyd County and the surrounding areas. That allows me to provide the level of attention, communication, and service that every client deserves.

My goal isn't to sell you something. It's to help you make the right decision and protect one of your most important investments along the way.
