Kaitlyn is the Office Manager for United Country Blue Ridge Land & Auction in Floyd VA. Kaitlyn was hired in March of 2019 as a part-time Administrator. After just a few months of working with Blue Ridge Land & Auction, Kaitlyn decided to pursue her real estate license. In the Fall of 2020, she successfully passed all educational requirements and became a Realtor.
She is a lifelong resident of Floyd County, so she is very familiar with the New River Valley and Southwest Virginia. Prior to joining our team, she worked at Floyd Xpress Market in Floyd VA. She graduated from Floyd County High School in 2018 and then went to further her education at Radford University. Kaitlyn graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, along with a minor in Real Estate & Insurance in the Fall of 2020.
Outside of work, and selling real estate, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband, son and family. She also enjoys kayaking, hiking, cooking, knitting, and attending VT football games.
Kaitlyn, as a Realtor and our Office Manager, hopes to continue to gain a wealth of knowledge in Real Estate, and help buyers and sellers dreams come true! She enjoys working with buyers and sellers of all types of properties throughout Floyd County, the New River Valley, and Southwest Virginia.
