Richie is an outgoing real estate professional serving Southwest Virginia and the New River Valley. A graduate of Marshall University and a U.S. Air Force veteran, Richie brings discipline, integrity and attention to detail to every client he serves. During his service as an Intelligence Analyst he developed advanced problem solving and clear communication skills that he now uses to help clients navigate important real estate decisions with confidence.
Before becoming a Realtor, Richie negotiated leases and right of ways for six years as a Land Agent with Consol Energy, gaining valuable experience in contracts, negotiations and property evaluations. He also owned and operated a carpet cleaning franchise in the New River Valley, further deepening his knowledge of homes, local neighborhoods and customer service.
Richie cares about building lasting relationships and making the buying or selling process as smooth as possible. When he isn’t working, you’ll likely find him in the woods with his bow enjoying the land that he grew up hunting.
