Todd is an Associate Broker with Blue Ridge Land & Auction, where he assists with all facets of real estate brokerage and auction activity. With more than 33 years of experience in the industry, Todd has a broad background in recreational land, development property, and commercial real estate.
Throughout his career, Todd has closed more than $400 million in sales volume and has been involved in hundreds of transactions. He is a candidate for the CCIM designation, Certified Commercial Investment Member, and holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of South Carolina, where he graduated in 1992.
Todd’s professional experience is complemented by his personal involvement in land and commercial property ownership. He owns a campground and marina on Smith Mountain Lake and has owned both commercial and land properties, giving him a unique perspective when analyzing potential listings and helping clients evaluate opportunities.
Todd joined Blue Ridge Land & Auction, an affiliate of United Country Real Estate, UC Commercial, and UC Hunting Properties, to better serve his clients in a rapidly changing industry where maximum exposure is essential. He has refocused his business with an emphasis on recreational properties, a sector he enjoys and believes continues to show strong growth and interest.
Outside of real estate, Todd enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family.
