Payment: 10% Buyer's Premium charged. All invoices must be paid by cash, wire, certified, or cashier’s check before or at pick up. If payment is wired, the buyer will be responsible for a $20 wire processing fee. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Titles will be held until funds have cleared.

Bidders are responsible for doing their own due diligence prior to bidding. Bidders acknowledge that all items are sold "as is, where is with any and all faults." 

Simultaneous Close of Lot Bidding: Bidders desiring more than one offering will need to be high bidder on all offerings desired. Update - due to software update and limitations, simultaneous lot closings will be for lot #'s 1 thru #18. Lot # 19 and # 20 will be linked and have a separate simultaneous close than lots 1-18. This means that if any bid is placed on any lot (1-18) all 18 will extend in the last 2 minutes. Bids on lot # 19 or # 20 will extend #19 and # 20. This means that lots 1-18 will close simultaneously and lots 19 & 20 will close simultaneously. Depending on bid activity and soft close, lots 19 and 20 could close before lots 1-18. Be sure to click live catalog 30 minutes prior to auction end to monitor closing countdown and extensions. 

Soft Close: If a bid is received within the last 2 minutes of the auction, the auction close time will automatically extend 2 minutes to allow other bidders an opportunity to competitively bid prior to the auction closing. This feature eliminates "snipers" and encourages fair and impartial bidding from all participants.

Online bidding is subject to technology faults and issues that are outside the control of the auction company. Bidder(s) are encouraged to use the “Maximum Bid” feature on the bidding platform and lock in their maximum bid amount if they are concerned about technology failure during the auction. The seller and/or Auction Company reserves the right to pause the online auction bidding in the event of any internal or external technology failure, to preserve the integrity of the auction event and maintain a fair and impartial bidding environment.
