Laura has been working in real estate since 1999. After receiving a BBA with a Major in Marketing from Radford University in 1998, Laura began her real estate career with Blue Ridge Land and Auction. Chuck received a BS degree in Environmental Science at Ferrum College and is a veteran of the US Air Force. He has worked in Alaska since 1983. Mary John was born and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She graduated from Methodist University in Fayetteville with a degree in Liberal Arts. She taught high school for one year and then took over the management of her husband's Surgical Practice. Her family moved to Critz VA in 1981 and continued to work for Dr. Hall with the Joint Commission of Hospitalization. She continues to enjoy gardening and having services at her barn for Camp Meeting Ministries which she began in 1998.
She found her real niche when she went into Real Estate in 1999 with Dee's Country Places. Her favorite area is assisting buyers who would otherwise not be able to qualify to buy a home, walking them through the process of obtaining a credit score and a loan with a grant.
Chris was raised in Floyd County. His family has lived in Floyd for several generations. His father taught and coached at Floyd County High School, his grandfather Dr. Chris Harman was a veterinarian, and his great-grandfather, Dr. Jabez Harman was a medical doctor, both practiced in Floyd County.

One of Chirs’ hobbies is grouse hunting with his Brittany Spaniels. Drew graduated from Floyd County High School in 2013 and from there went straight into the workforce. He spent 4 years working for Paul Shively Excavating in Floyd, VA, then pursued his dream job of being a Locomotive Conductor for Norfolk Southern. He spent over six years with Norfolk Southern before becoming employed with Steel Dynamics. Drew joined the United Country Real Estate team as a part-time real estate agent in the Fall of 2020.
Drew is a native of Floyd VA and has family scattered throughout the county. Drew’s wife Kaitlyn is the Office Secretary for United Country Real Estate Blue Ridge Land & Auction. She is a graduate of Radford University. His father, Chris, works at Autoville Inc, while also selling real estate part-time. His mother Rebecca is an RN in the New River Valley, his sister Emma is a physical therapist, and his brother Tate is a plumber-journeyman.
Outside of working at the Steel Mill and selling real estate Drew loves spending his time with his lovely wife Kaitlyn and family. You can find them hiking, kayaking, and enjoying the outdoors.
Drew has a strong passion for hunting and loves spending his spare time studying whitetails and their behavior. He has been hunting since he was a little boy. Cole Harris is a lifelong resident of Floyd County VA and loves living in the Blue Ridge Mountains with his wife Aimee. Terry Thompson is a lifelong resident of Floyd County VA. Terry grew up on his family's beef farm near the Little River in Floyd. Terry worked actively on his family's farm until it was sold a few years ago.

Deb Wildman first moved to southwest Virginia to attend Virginia Tech, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture in 1991. Marrying the same year, Deb and her husband decided to settle in the area after falling in love with the rural mountain landscape.
After college, Deb pursued a career in the Arts and moved to their homestead in Floyd County in 1998. There, she pursued art and market gardening, while raising and home schooling her two children.
Establishing a family band as part of her children's homeschool curriculum, she also directed the FloydJAMs after-school traditional music program for 7 years.
Deb enjoys practicing yoga, daily walks with her dog Shadow, and gardening. Deb is excited to combine her interests in land, architecture, and connecting with people into a new career in Real Estate. She is very creative and won several local, regional and state awards in the artistic and creative fields. Sierra was also a busy athlete playing softball, tennis and volleyball. Sierra enjoys spending her free time with her husband Brandon hunting, fishing and playing with her dog, Ellie.

Kaitlyn is the Office Secretary for United Country Blue Ridge Land & Auction in Floyd VA. After being employed as our Secretary for just a few months, Kaitlyn decided to pursue her real estate license. In the Fall of 2020, she successfully passed all educational requirements and became a Realtor.
She is a lifelong resident of Floyd County, so she is very familiar with the New River Valley and Southwest Virginia. Prior to joining our team, she worked at Floyd Xpress Market in Floyd VA, where her love for customer service and Business Management began.
She graduated from Floyd County High School in 2018 and then went to further her education at Radford University. Kaitlyn graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, along with a minor in Real Estate & Insurance in the Fall of 2020.
Outside of work, and selling real estate, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her family and her husband Drew. She also enjoys kayaking, hiking, cooking, knitting, and attending VT football games.
