Barbara Cordle Associate Broker

Barbara J. Cordle is the Associate Broker of United Country Blue Ridge Land Auction . She is a native of Southwest Virginia where she met and married her husband of 52 years and raised her two children. Before entering the field of Real Estate, Barbara worked at a local bank for 22 years and served as Branch Manager.

She began her career in real estate in 2000 and in 2006, she purchased the United Country Franchise in Abingdon, Virginia and opened her own company; United Country RealOne Realty. Barbara is a versatile, result-oriented real estate sales professional with experience in residential, residential with acreage, land, multi-family and commercial properties. Barbara has used her vast experience in Real Estate and Banking to obtain the United Country's 2002 & 2004 Pinnacle Club Agent Award, the 2007, 2009, 2010, 2014 & 2015 Diamond Award, the 2008 Summit Club Award, 2016 Summit Award, 2013 President Award and the 2011 & 2012 Master Salesman Award, as well as the SWVAR 2012, 2015, 2016 & 2017 Realtor Cup Winner as the Top Supporter of Homeownership & Property Rights for United Country RealOne Realty. Ed enjoys spending time with his family camping and boating at Claytor Lake. When he isn't spending time with his family, he is working on the Sunday sermon for his church in Floyd County. Ed is an associate broker, and has over 22 years experience in the real estate business. He specializes in recreational and farm properties, having sold over 6,000 acres of land. Not only is he a professional for land properties, but he enjoys selling residential properties as well. He has helped with subdivision development in the area. Kaitlyn W. Harman Office Manager & Realtor

Kaitlyn is the Office Manager for United Country Blue Ridge Land & Auction in Floyd VA. Kaitlyn was hired in March of 2019 as a part-time Administrator. After just a few months of working with Blue Ridge Land & Auction, Kaitlyn decided to pursue her real estate license. In the Fall of 2020, she successfully passed all educational requirements and became a Realtor.

She is a lifelong resident of Floyd County, so she is very familiar with the New River Valley and Southwest Virginia. Prior to joining our team, she worked at Floyd Xpress Market in Floyd VA. She graduated from Floyd County High School in 2018 and then went to further her education at Radford University. Kaitlyn graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, along with a minor in Real Estate & Insurance in the Fall of 2020.

Outside of work, and selling real estate, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her family and her husband Drew. She also enjoys kayaking, hiking, cooking, knitting, and attending VT football games.

Mike Keen is the Owner and President of Sunbelt Business Brokers of Roanoke & Lynchburg and United Country | Roanoke Realty & Auction.  He has more than 25 years of experience in the business industry, and as a franchise and small business owner.  Mike is a 26-year veteran of the Virginia State Police and he is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Main Street Business Broker.  He was also an investigator for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, as well as the Office of the Attorney General.  Mike has been privileged to own multiple small businesses and prides himself on helping others make their dreams of business and property ownership, growth initiatives or exit strategies come true. Mike is a master negotiator and has a reputation for keeping complex deals on track to closing.  Mike received his Bachelors of Science degree in Organizational Management and Development from Bluefield College. He is a member of both the International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG) and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Mike lives in Salem with his wife, Jeannie, and their two children, Olivia and Christian. He spends his free time coaching youth sports or volunteering at the school.
