Matt grew up in this area exploring the Blue Ridge Parkway, fishing on the Little River and other Trout waters, and is very familiar with the Blue Ridge Mountains and the surrounding Roanoke and New River Valley areas of Southwest Virginia. Matt enjoys spending time with his family and friends taking in the Blue Ridge Mountain Culture & Music Festivals, playing Golf at multiple courses the Blue Ridge Mountains offer and the outdoor recreational opportunities in and around Floyd County, Virginia.

Laura has been working in real estate since 1999. After receiving a BBA with a Major in Marketing from Radford University in 1998, Laura began her real estate career with Blue Ridge Land and Auction. Chuck received a BS degree in Environmental Science at Ferrum College and is a veteran of the US Air Force. He has worked in Alaska since 1983. He is looking forward to joining the team at United Country/Blue Ridge Land and Auction. Chuck and Laura have been married since 1981. Family is the center of their lives and they are fortunate to have their three adult children and their families live in Virginia. Especially since the next generation has outnumbered them, 9 grandchildren under the age of 8!

Levi Cox is a lifelong resident of Floyd County, residing with his wife Sabrina and their two young children, Emily and Hayden. Both Levi and Sabrina have very large extended families, most of which also reside here in Floyd County.

Kaelyn Globig went to college in Grand Rapids MI and spent several years as the owner/designer of a small clothing line. Chris was raised in Floyd County. His family has lived in Floyd for several generations. His grandfather Dr. Chris Harman was a veterinarian and his great-grandfather, Dr. Jabez Harman was a medical doctor, both practiced in Floyd County.
Chris and his wife Rebeca have three children. His wife Rebecca is a Registered Nurse working in the Floyd Community. He continues to help his father-in-law Bruce Sweeney by managing their family business Autoville Inc, which is where he began his business career.

Kaitlyn Weddle is the Secretary of United Country Blue Ridge Land & Auction in Floyd VA. She is a lifelong resident of Floyd County, so she is very familiar with the New River Valley. Prior to joining our team, she worked at Floyd Xpress Market in Floyd VA, where her love for Business Management began.
She graduated from Floyd County High School in 2018 and has been continuing her education at Radford University since. She will be graduating with her Bachelors in Business Management, along with a minor in Real Estate & Insurance in the Winter of 2020. In addition, she hopes to become an appraiser one day, so she has started the real estate courses to become licensed.
Outside of work and school, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time and hanging out with her family, her boyfriend Drew, and her friends. She also enjoys kayaking, hiking, knitting, and attending VT football games.
